I conclude that this bloke, Donald Speagle, is a damn liar who of his own volition or under instruction from his political masters is seeking to deceitfully protect Justices Osborn and Garde and others.

On 21st April 2015 I published the video entitled “Justice Greg Garde V Justice John Middleton – scam on scam“

By email of 22nd April I drew the video to the attention of all Members of Parliament and said;

“That video unequivocally demonstrates corruption in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal where Judges conspire to conceal and deny the corrupt conduct of their brother judges and the corrupt conduct of barristers.”

By letter dated 15th June 2015 Speagle repied on purported behalf of the Attorney General, Minister for Police and the Deputy Premier and said; (note my highlight of the word “substantive”)

Now, the first thing to notice is Speagle represents that the former Attorney General sent me correspondence on 7th January 2014 and that correspondence said that the material which I refer to did not contain any substantive evidence of the corruption alleged by me.

Well the simple fact is that my video and the allegations set out in that video did not exist until that video was published by me on 21st April 2015.

The second thing to notice is Speagle’s apparently very careful and purposeful use of the word “substantive“; in other words Speagle expressly implies that my video does contain less than “substantive” or prima facie evidence of the matters alleged by me and the fact known to Speagle is that my video and this website does set out abundant and compelling prima facie evidence of the corruption alleged by me.

The third thing to notice is Speagle’s reference to the so called anti corruption commission. The refusal by the Commissioner to deal with abundant corruption of Judges and barristers put before him is dealt with here

The fourth thing to notice is that Speagle implies that I was seeking assistance. I am not, I have drawn evidence of corruption to the Attorney General and others. I expect them to do their duty, nothing more.

The simple and unequivocal fact is that the matters and things set out in my video did occur. Speagle’s very careful letter does not deny those things, he implies that they do not constitute “substantive” evidence of the corruption alleged by me.

Middleton, Garde and Delany and Garde and Delany’s juniors and instructing solicitors did, as a matter of palpable fact, do the things described and demonstrated in that video and Osborn did fraudulently fabricate his Reasons in such a manner to deny and conceal that conduct and Osborn did fraudulently fabricate Orders and sealed Authenticated Order documents for the purpose of concealing his own corruption.

The further simple fact is that Court of Appeal Justices Buchanan, Redlich, Beach, Mandie and Neave and Associate Justice Lansdowne also acted exactly as alleged by me.

I say that on any reasonable view the matters and things demonstrated in my video do constitute evidence of serious corrupt conduct.

My most generous conclusion is that the culture of the Department of Justice has degenerated to the point where Speagle and his political masters do not perceive the conduct evinced to be substantially corrupt. It seems that I must teach them a lesson.

The more probable fact is that at the behest of the Attorney-General, the Department of Justice is deceitfully and perhaps criminally protecting flagrantly criminally corrupt judges.
